The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. Please inform Canary Wharf - Riverside Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

台北市長柯文哲繼昨日記者會怒嗆世大運場外陳情抗議人士後，今（21）日在臉書上與民眾對嗆！對此，國民黨文傳會副主委洪孟楷表示，柯文哲請別讓本屆世大運只留下「王八蛋」的印象。如果試圖用一句低俗的罵人語就想轉移維安不力的焦點，那只會讓花了170億公帑的世大運，最後淪為市長嗆聲「王八蛋」的印象。
洪孟楷表示，任何人都沒有權利去消費運動員，因為這個舞台是運動員們辛苦努力訓練而來；但世大運開幕當天號稱反恐層級的維安出現漏洞卻也是不爭事實，如果今日不只是煙霧彈？那後果更不可設想。「所以檢討漏洞何在，比市長氣急敗壞的嗆聲來的更加重要！不是嗎？」
洪孟楷質疑，好不容易因為運動員表現優異，而讓國人關注運動賽事，實在不需要市長再出來搏版面；尤其身為主辦國的首長，管好自己嘴巴或手指，真的很難嗎？
洪孟楷感嘆，看到荷蘭代表處用臉書做創意行銷，讓荷蘭隊賽事門票幾乎完售；反觀當初一連串宣傳，如果是由部落客和運動好手們一起亮相？是不是會讓更多國人認識並且購票加油呢？「柯文哲市長，世大運不是one man show，也請別讓你任內的世大運，最後只留下粗鄙言詞的印象！」
